Sei has been incredible in both adapting to and influencing the organisation to achieve our goals while staying true to our values and mission. In my early conversations with Sei, she helped me clearly define the desired outcomes of her work, and then continuously came back to them in the process of working together.

She’s maintained and improved the culture of our product team in a challenging moment for Feeld; she’s brought visibility, organisation and created opportunities for cross functional work which didn’t exist before. Her commitment to objectivity, balanced with a sincere appreciation for the vague and soft side of human collaboration, have been instrumental in navigating all the massive transformations Feeld has been through in the past year (whilst being fully remote and globally distributed).

I feel extremely lucky to work with Sei and to have her vision and influence in Feeld.
