Sei has been instrumental in my growth as a product manager. When I first started, I was insecure, nervous, and had major imposter syndrome. But now, I can actually say that I know what I’m meant to be doing.

Over the months, we worked on processes in the business, communication with stakeholders, how to structure interviews with clients, prioritisation, designs and more. She also introduced us to tools and solutions specific to our business needs and helped me find a process to doing the same.

Ultimately, I’ve grown immensely both in my role and in the amount of confidence I have to suggest and implement decisions for the business. What I liked most about our sessions was that it was tailored to me as a person, the work I was doing and the business.
